After reading over my about page, I’m sure you’ve collected that I’ve got a sense of humor but also take my work seriously. I don’t play it cool, so rest assured I let you know what I’m loving!

Expect attention to detail, thorough communication, with an adaptable demeanor. I don’t stress about timing, I make sure what we need to accomplish happens with the resources we have (as best as we can). If something feels unrealistic, I’ll tell you in the most gentle way.

I value genuine, playful, and tender moments over anything but can’t shoot without snapping an editorial. Being a Girl Scout at heart, I love to leave things better than when I found them - my goal is to have you beaming and weightless by the end of your experience with me!

Following your shoot, I try to give sneaks within 48-72 hours. Then you’ll hear back closer to your delivery date. I hope that you’ll love your experience enough to review my services so that other beautiful people can make informed decisions about their next photographer!

It doesn’t stop there - the greatest compliment I could ever receive is having you come back to capture more of your memories!

While specific outfits, skin tones, environments, and lighting scenarios influence slight variations between images, I approach my shooting and editing process with these three things in mind:

true-to-color: as close and realistic to skin tones and settings as possible, avoiding color casts and overall altering of hues.

bold + vivid: realistic contrast between light and shadows while celebrating colors that naturally stand out. Subjects’ edges are defined with the exception of intentionally blurred images for artistic expression.

the goal: bringing your memories to life, so that when you look back on them, it feels like you are re-living every moment “in screaming color”.

They’re yours, all yours! Print them, post them, frame them, kiss them, send them to your parents (trust me on this one), whatever you’d like!

I say this with your absolute best interest in mind - please don’t take these beauties to a drug store one-hour photo situation or an online “free prints” shop (you know the one). A PROFESSIONAL PHOTO LAB makes all the difference in providing the best resolution and quality of your final images. I highly encourage you to invest in your memories.

What’s more is there is a reputable professional photo lab available within the platform I use to deliver your images. Conveniently, you can print RIGHT from your gallery. I’m happy to guide you through this process.

PLEASE NOTE: My images are intended for personal and private use. Submitting my work to publications or contests without my written permission is considered copyright infringement. Please communicate with me ahead of time if you intend to use images in a way that you think might infringe on these rights.

Delivery varies based on season, order of sessions/weddings, and other factors. However, I adhere as closely as humanly possible to the following timeline:

weddings: 6-8 weeks

portrait sessions: 3-4 weeks

maternity session: 1-2 weeks

newborn lifestyle: 3-4 weeks

PLEASE NOTE: While I do my absolute best to accommodate for unusual or sensitive circumstances, I cannot guarantee expedited turnaround times. Please understand that editing takes much more time than shooting - your memories deserve careful attention to detail! If I can get them to you sooner, I most definitely will not keep them from you!

I GOT YOU. Once booked, I send over an outfit guide that helps you get an idea of what works in a shoot and what can stay in the drawer. I’m ALL about sharing my opinions if you’re having trouble deciding between outfits. I offer recommendations of great places to shop and might even send you some pieces I love online based on what you’ve already thrown together. I’m here to plan with you, not just show up and shoot!
